Following the thread of the circle, we invite you to come sing with us! Together, we will journey into a prayerful space of connectivity, belonging, and storytelling through melody—exploring rhythm, dynamics, and learning to live within the song. Led by Max Ribner and Paul Izak, participants will also have the opportunity to join voices during Sunday's evening’s performance.

The ladyfinger-type bananas are most common in their native Thailand and in Vietnam, where they are also called Chuoi Su, which translates to ‘porcelain banana’. Nam Wah bananas are high in magnesium, potassium, and folate. They are a good source of vitamin A and fiber and also contain vitamin B6, manganese, riboflavin, niacin and iron as well as a small amount of protein. Bananas also contain beneficial prebiotics.
