Dried Namwah Bananas - Mama Earth’s Candy
The ladyfinger-type bananas are most common in their native Thailand and in Vietnam, where they are also called Chuoi Su, which translates to ‘porcelain banana’. Nam Wah bananas are high in magnesium, potassium, and folate. They are a good source of vitamin A and fiber and also contain vitamin B6, manganese, riboflavin, niacin and iron as well as a small amount of protein. Bananas also contain beneficial prebiotics.

This is a SPECIALTY turmeric variety grown organically on our farm. BKK is a Southeast Asian strain known for its higher curcumin content (often 7–10% in dried samples), making it especially suitable for both culinary applications and traditional uses where a stronger spice or medicinal profile is valued. Curcuminoids like curcumin are studied for their antioxidant and cellular support properties in preclinical research.
